4 Benefits of Having a Workplace Dress Code

In the post-pandemic world that we live in, more businesses have relaxed rules around dress codes, with some businesses getting rid of them completely. However, having no workplace dress conduct can have a negative impact on many areas that you may not have considered. A workplace dress code instils uniformity among staff and portrays a single unit to clients.
