Change
Businesses must change to survive. However, change is a difficult management task. Effective change requires sure-footed, considerate people managers who can take employees through the process with minimum anxiety and maximum enthusiasm. It requires the recognition that an organization's people should not be the pawns of strategy but active participants in change.
