Collectivization
Collectivization: as individuals, most employees have a limited amount of power in comparison to their employers. But employees can pool the power they have. Through collectivization, workers are able to band together to protect their mutual interests. From the late 19th century onwards, trade unions have fought to improve pay and conditions for their members
