Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining takes place between employers and trade unions when: employees are members of trade unions which undertake to negotiate on their behalf in matters such as pay, working conditions, other benefits, and work allocation; and employers recognise trade unions and their officials as legitimate bargaining agents.
