American Arbitration Association

The American Arbitration Association makes itself available to resolve a wide range of disputes (including labour/employment issues) through mediation, arbitration, elections and other out-of-court settlement procedures. A not-for-profit organization, it claims to be the largest provider of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures in the USA. Also provides panels, education and training services.
